This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 29, 2021, for cases in which Miami, Florida, is the place of trial. On October 13, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. We granted respondent's motion and added this case to the Court's remote special hearing session on November 3, 2021, for a hearing on the status of the case during which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. On October 28, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. The report advised that the third party complied with the subpoena, and a hearing on the subpoena is no longer necessary. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for the Court's Washington, D.C. special hearing session on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.

The parties are reminded that this case remains set for trial at the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. 1
