Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that appellant shall, on or before October 18, 2017, file and serve a supplemental record on appeal to include the following: the objections of Edwin Altman dated December 24, 2015 with annexed exhibits A-N. The motion is, in all other respects denied.
