Separate appeals having been taken to this Court by defendants-appellants in the aforesaid actions from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 1, 2016, And, defendants-appellants in both of the actions having moved for consolidation of their respective appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellants to prosecute the appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellants' points covering the appeals (See M-5963/M-5966, decided simultaneously herewith).
