RANDY J. HOLLAND, Justice:
ORDER
This 24th day of April 2002, the Court has considered the three motions to affirm filed on behalf of the appellees pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25(a) and finds it manifest on the face of the appellant's opening brief that the appeal is without merit for the reasons stated by the Superior Court in its well-reasoned decision dated October 19, 2001.
A motion was filed on behalf of Appellants Ruth Ann Minner, M. Jane Brady, Delaware State Police, Probation and Parole, Capitol Police, Quasi Police Agencies and State of Delaware Human Relations Commission. Separate motions were filed on behalf of the City of Dover and Bayhealth Medical.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the motions to affirm are GRANTED. The judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
