ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. Due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), the trial session was cancelled and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned. The Court has held several conference calls with the parties and they informed the Court that a basis was reached and a proposed stipulated decision would be filed with the Court. As of this date, the Court has not received a proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
