ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motions to extend time to file appellee's brief on behalf of Acceptance Indemnity Insurance Company is GRANTED. The brief is due 35 days after the date of service of the transcript on appellee's counsel. Appellant's counsel shall promptly serve the transcript on appellee's counsel as soon as the transcript is filed and submit proof of that service with the Clerk of this Court as required under MCR 7.210(f). .
