ORDER WITHDRAWING OPINION FROM PUBLICATION

On July 23, 2004, this Court entered an Opinion and Order granting in part and denying in part defendants' motion for sanctions in the above-captioned matter. By letter dated July 29, 2004, plaintiff's counsel, Kenneth A. Sandler, Esquire, has indicated his intention to move for a reconsideration and requests that the Opinion and Order be withdrawn from publication pending such reconsideration. Mr. Sandler seeks the opportunity to address the Opinion's findings which he argues are inaccurate and cast unfavorable aspersions upon his professional reputation. While this matter is being reconsidered, the Court agrees to temporarily withdraw the Opinion and Order from publication.
