On May 20, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Respondent filed a First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on September 28, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 24, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced Motion to Dismiss (as supplemented). Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court.
