ORDER DENYING PETITION

This is a proper person petition for a writ of mandamus. Petitioner seeks to compel the district court to grant his motion to dismiss post-conviction counsel, to order counsel to provide representation in a manner acceptable to petitioner, and to order counsel to abandon attempts to obtain a mental health evaluation of petitioner. Petitioner also requests that this court instruct, censure or sanction the district court. We have reviewed the documents submitted in this matter, and without deciding upon the merits of any claims raised therein, we decline to exercise original jurisdiction in this matter. NRS 34.160 ; NRS 34.170. Accordingly, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.
