The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. The reporter's record was originally due October 29, 2024. On October 31, 2024, this Court directed court reporter Kimberly Xavier by postcard to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Kimberly Xavier to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before JANUARY 11, 2025. We caution Ms. Xavier that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Audra Riley, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 3, Dallas County; Kimberly Xavier, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 3; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
