ANNA LIZA ALMEDA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge

On October 3, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index #7). After review it appears that the docket number is incorrect, it does not have an S designation and should 30432-21S. Also, the Proposed Stipulated Decision makes no mention of the 6662(b)(2) and 6662(d) penalties that were asserted in the Notice of Deficiency included in respondent's answer filed January 4, 2022. For these reasons the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed October 3, 2022, (index #7) is erroneous and we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 3, 2022, at index #7 is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further.

ORDERED that on or before October 11, 2022, the parties shall file a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision bearing the correct docket number and addressing the asserted 6662(b)(2) and 6662(d) penalties.
