An order of this Court having been entered on May 2, 2019, (M-1095) dismissing respondent-appellant's appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about September 12, 2018, And respondent-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute the aforesaid appeal, as a poor person, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied as academic, the appeal having been dismissed by an order of this Court, entered May 2, 2019, (M-1095).
