ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent-respondent Szczepan Grodzki pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 12, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 6, 2013.
