In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, wrongful death, and loss of services, alleged to have followed the eating of a salt substitute, order directing the service of a bill of particulars, insofar as appeal is taken, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements; the bill of particulars to be served within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
