By Order dated March 27, 2024, the Court ordered the parties to file a First Stipulation of Facts on or before May 31, 2024.

On May 31, 2024, docket entry 50, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts consisting of paragraphs 1 through 20, which reference exhibits 1-J through 18-J.
