Brian K. ALLEN, Petitioner(s) v. Kenneth S. TUCKER, etc., Respondent(s).

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla.2004). To the extent the petitioner seeks other relief, the petition is hereby dismissed as facially insufficient.
