An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Michael H. Salmom, Rosemary Usher Jones, and Alan Postman, Judges.

Petitioner, Paul Allen, seeks a writ of certiorari to quash a final order of the circuit court acting in its appellate capacity. We deny the petition for the reason that no departure from the essential requirements of law has been shown on any point. State v. Pettis, 520 So.2d 250 (Fla. 1988); Combs v. State, 436 So.2d 93 (Fla. 1983).
