PRESTON S. ALLEN Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

To the extent that petitioner seeks review of the prior proceedings before the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Marion County, Florida, the petition for a writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed. Mathews v. Crews, 39 Fla. L. Weekly S37 (Fla. Jan. 23, 2014). To the extent that petitioner seeks other relief, because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief and the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10,11 (Fla. 2000). Any motions or other requests for relief are hereby denied. PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and LABARGA, JJ., concur. A True Copy
