Deloris Allen appeals pro se the district court's judgment dismissing her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action alleging violations of due process and equal protection. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review de novo,see Margolis v. Ryan, 140 F.3d 850, 852 (9th Cir.1998), and we affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order filed February 21, 1996.
AFFIRMED.
