WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. A judgment imposing sanctions under La. C.C.P. art. 863 is an appealable partial final judgment. La. C.C.P. art. 1915(A)(6). Accordingly, we vacate the order of the trial court that denied the "Petitioner's Second Motion and Order for Suspensive Appeal" filed by L. Walker Allen, II. IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and is hereby remanded to the trial court with instruction to the trial court to sign an order granting L. Walker Allen, II an appeal consistent with the "Petitioner's Second Motion and Order for Suspensive Appeal" by March 7, 2016.
