Appeal, No. 195, March T., 1968, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, May T., 1967, No. 38, in case of Richard W. Allen v. Kenneth A. Kindervater. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before THOMAS, P. J.

Verdict in favor of defendant; plaintiff's motion for new trial dismissed and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed.

Robert L. Walker, with him Thomas, Shafer, Walker, Dornhaffer Swick, for appellant.

Stuart A. Culbertson, for appellee.


Judgment affirmed.
