ORDER

AND NOW, TO WIT, this 4th day of September, 2008, the Court having heard and considered Defendants Brendan F. Gierstorfer and Material Acquisition LLC's Motion in Limine to Preclude All Evidence Concerning Plaintiff's Workers Compensation Benefits and Lien, and any responses thereto;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Brendan F. Gierstorfer and Material Acquisition LLC's Motion in Limine is DENIED. The Court does not find that the probative value of the lien is substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice.
