AND NOW, TO WIT, this 5^th day of September, 2008, the Court having heard and considered Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to Exclude the Testimony of Robert O. Gordon, M.D., and defendants' opposition thereto,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court will hold a Daubert hearing to determine whether Dr. Gordon's anticipated trial testimony is relevant, reliable and admissible. Counsel shall contact judges' chambers to set a time for the hearing as soon as possible.
