Appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wayne County, dated April 12, 2022, and April 14, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated May 10, 2022, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court dated April 12, 2022, under Family Court Docket No. V-01883-16/21G, and the order of Family Court dated April 14, 2022, under Family Court Docket No. V-01883-16/22H, and
It is further ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Thomas Pelych, Esq., 11 Pearl Street, Hornell, New York 14843, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the Wayne County Family Court Clerk provide Thomas Pelych, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Wayne County Family Court Clerk.
