This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on March 21, 2022,  for cases where Indianapolis, Indiana is the place of trial.   

On February 28, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Entry of Decision. Subsequently, on March 11, 2022, the parties submitted a decision document for the Court's consideration.

Additionally, on March 11, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Change or Correct Caption which indicates that petitioner's first name was misspelled, and, that petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Change or Correct Caption, filed March 11, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is corrected to read: "Devone L. Allen, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

OREDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed February 28, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the March 21, 2022, Indianapolis, Indiana trial calendar.
