ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

On March 3, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the call petitioner stated that she had received the Proposed Stipulated Decision document and agreed with it but did not receive a return envelope and so did not know where to send it back to. Respondent agreed to send petitioner a new copy of documents to be signed. The parties expected to file a signed document with the Court within 30 days.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
