ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 16, 2022, and there being no objection by Diana Best to the granting of that Motion, it is

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order, together with a copy of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, on Stan A. and Myra Allen at the address listed in paragraph six of respondent's Motion to Dismiss. It is further

ORDERED that, if Stan A. Allen, or any other fiduciary or personal representative legally entitled to institute a case on behalf of decedent Lee A. Allen wishes to prosecute this case on the decedent's behalf, that person shall, on or before August 17, 2022, (1) file an objection to respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss and (2) file a motion to substitute parties and change caption. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion to Dismiss.
