Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment dismisses the complaint in an action for a declaratory judgment to restrain defendant from taking steps to determine a representative of plaintiff's supervisory employees to bargain collectively with plaintiff. The order grants defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings and dismisses the complaint on the merits.)
