MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated May 18, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with written verification either that it made payment arrangements or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs for the clerk's record. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3. To date, appellant has neither provided verification of payment nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
