MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellant has not paid the required filing fee of $125. See Tex.R.App.P. 5. By letter dated March 18, 2005, appellant was informed that failure to remit the filing fee within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal, without further notice from the Court. Appellant has failed to remit the required filing fee.

Appellant's brief was due and has not been filed. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.6. By letter dated April 21, 2005, the Court informed appellant that the time to file his brief had expired. The Court's letter instructed appellant to file his brief, with a motion for extension, within ten days and advised him that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant has failed to file his brief or any motion for extension. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
