MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated March 11, 2009, this Court directed appellants to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days or the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellants have neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
