DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that James Mack, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Allen E. Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, NY 13851, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct.

ORDERED that, if the appeal is not perfected within 60 days of the date of this decision, appellate counsel shall make an application on notice for a further extension of time to perfect the appeal.
