ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on September 13, 2021, in Boston, Massachusetts; the trial session will be conducted remotely. On September 1, 2021, pursuant to the Court's April 27, 2021, Standing Pretrial Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on August 30 and 31, 2021, he had several telephone conversations with petitioner's counsel. Respondent further reports that in his last call, petitioner's counsel indicated that the adjustments remaining in this case would be conceded. According to respondent, he will now request a computation of the outstanding tax liability and addition to tax and that once the computations are obtained, a stipulated decision will be sent to petitioner's counsel for his signature; in the light of these developments, respondent is requesting 60 days to file an agreed stipulated decision document with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the September 13, 2021, Boston, Massachusetts Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 1, 2021, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
