ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Jennifer E. Siegel, Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the small tax case session of the Court scheduled to commence in San Francisco, California, on December 11, 2023. Upon review of the record, it appears that the amount in dispute exceeds the jurisdictional amount permitted for small tax cases.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2023, the parties shall show cause in writing why the small tax case designation should not be removed and the case stricken from the Court's upcoming calendar.
