This case is calendared for trial at the October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On September 9, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating respondent needs additional time to review the administrative file to determine if there was compliance with I.R.C. § 6751(b)(1) in order to set forth if there is a penalty pursuant to I.R.C. § 6662 before application of I.R.C. § 6015(b). Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
