ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. By Order served July 8, 2024, the Court granted respondent's Motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, DC, special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Subsequently, the Court rescheduled this case for hearing at a special hearing session of the Court at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

On September 6, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report in which respondent states that the third party has complied with the subpoena and the hearing scheduled for September 11, 2024, is not necessary.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the third party that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for September 11, 2024, is no longer necessary.
