ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

When appellant's brief was not filed, we abated this appeal for a hearing in the trial court. On February 2, 2018, we received the trial court's findings and recommendations. We ADOPT the trial court's finding that (1) appellant desires to prosecute the appeal, (2) Jeffrey Buchwald was appointed counsel and has not abandoned the appeal; (3) Mr. Buchwald has had several work and health issues that have prevented him from filing a brief; and (4) Mr. Buchwald requests thirty days in which to file appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant's brief due THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
