MEMORANDUM OPINION


A jury convicted DeMarqus Paul Alexander of unlawful carrying of a weapon. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 46.02(a), (b) (Vernon 2003). The judge assessed punishment at 365 days' confinement in jail, probated for one year, and a $1000 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
