LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 297conversion of tenant's chattels, sufficiency of evidence. In action by tenant against landlord for value of chattels lost and destroyed by defendant or their agents, evidence supported finding of trial judge that plaintiff had all his equipment hauled from the demised premises, and that nothing but scrap paper of no value remained.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN J. WALLACE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1940.
