ORDER


The Court, in an order filed on the 12th of September, 2000, called for the testimony of White House Chief of Staff John Podesta. That testimony was to take place at a time convenient to the witness as well as counsel. Mr. Podesta and counsel have indicated that they will be available on the 10th of October, 2000 at 2p.m. before this Court. Mr. Podesta's testimony will therefore take place at that time. The date for final post-hearing submissions will be set at the hearing.

SO ORDERED.

ORDER

Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion to Call Earl Silbert, Esq., as a Witness in the E-mail Evidentiary Hearing, and the entire record herein, it is hereby

ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED, leave is granted to subpoena Mr. Silbert. Earl Silbert, Esq., shall testify before this Court in the pending E-mail evidentiary hearing at 4:30 p.m. on October 3, 2000.

SO ORDERED.
