ORDER

PATRICK J. URDA, JUDGE

This case was continued from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 22, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that this case has been returned from the IRS' Office of Appeals for trial preparation and that all issues have been unresolved. Furthermore, the Commissioner requests that the Court restore this case to the general trial docket. We will grant that relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket.
