This case is currently calendared at the Court's St. Louis, Missouri, trial session scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023.

On July 21, 2023, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to the taxable year 2019 and to strike.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and so much of this case as relates to taxable year 2019 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, and references in the petition to 2019 are deemed stricken.
