This case was originally calendared for trial on April 3,2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Atlanta, Georgia. By Order of the Court dated March 24, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On June 2, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they are still clarifying numbers, and are requesting an additional thirty (30) days in which to file decision documents.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
