On April 26, 2023, the Court filed respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On April 27, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to object to respondent's motion. No objection has been received.

This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Portland, Maine on May 15, 2023. Petitioners and Counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is
