Opinion

October 20, 1939.

Motion for an appeal from the Lewis Circuit Court.

Judgment of conviction for suffering gaming on premises occupied by and under control of appellant, and a fine imposed of $250, the offense being denounced by Section 1978 of our present Kentucky Statutes.

Norman W. Bowman for movant.

Hubert Meredith, Attorney General, and J.M. Campbell, Assistant Attorney General, opposed.


Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
