ORDER ON ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL

This matter came before the Court on Plaintiff Bryan Alexander's Petition for Review on May 19, 2003. Plaintiff was represented by John J. Borsos. The Commissioner was represented by Teresa Abbott and Carlie Christensen, Assistant United States Attorney. The Court, having reviewed the parties' written submissions and having heard oral argument, hereby finds that the ALJ's September 15, 2000 decision is supported by substantial evidence and that the ALJ applied the correct legal standards in determining that Plaintiff was not disabled as defined by the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401-433. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commissioner's Decision is affirmed; and Plaintiff's Petition for Review is denied; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is closed.
