By letter dated November 16, 2011, the Court directed appellant to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. By letter dated December 5, 2011, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk informed us appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with either verification that it has paid for the clerk's record or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. Both letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c), 42.3(c). Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or provided the Court with payment information regarding the clerk's record. We dismiss the appeal.
