This case was stricken from the Court's January 23, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On August 4, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he has sent petitioner Alex Lee decision documents and is waiting for them to be signed and returned.
