This case was stricken from the Court's January 23, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 4, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he has sent petitioner Alex Lee decision documents and is waiting for them to be signed and returned. The Commissioner further states that he called Mr. Lee but was unable to leave a voicemail message and requests that this case be returned to the general docket. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned judge and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
