An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on May 10, 2016, and the Attorney for the Child having moved to be relieved of assignment,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Courtney S. Radick, Esq., sworn to September 11, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as abandoned.
