ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On September 19, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment in which she contends that no genuine dispute as to material fact exists and that she is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Petitioner represents that respondent objects to the granting of the Motion. We will direct respondent to file a response. If he contends that there are genuine disputes of material fact, then he shall specify in detail what the disputed factual issues are.

It is accordingly

ORDERED that, on or before October 23, 2024, respondent shall file a Response to the Motion for Summary Judgment.
